Green Goddess Salad

A simple, tasty summer salad recipe made with a gluten free green goddess dressing and no added sugars. 

Ingredients

Units
  • 2 cups chopped lettuce
  • 1 cup chopped butter lettuce
  • 1 cup chopped kale
  • 1 handful whole endive leaves
  • Watercress for garnish
  • Fresh chives for garnish
  • A good drizzle of our Green Goddess Dressing

Instructions

  1. Chop the lettuce, butter lettuce, kale, and chives.
  2. Assemble all the salad greens into a bowl, or onto a platter.
  3. Dress with green goddess dressing.
  4. Garnish the salad with the watercress leaves and chopped chives.

Notes

Easily add or substitute of of these ingredients to create your own version of this salad, or to use what you already have in the refrigerator.
