Kacey Perez is a multidisciplinary creative force who brings more than a decade of experience in marketing, editorial strategy, and visual storytelling to her role as Founder and Creative Director of The House Studios. Known for her refined eye, collaborative spirit, and strategic mind, Kacey blends artistic vision with business acumen—cultivating interiors, brands, and editorial experiences that feel both beautiful and deeply intentional.

Before launching The House Studios, Kacey built a diverse career that spans healthcare, industrial tech, the arts, and publishing. She began her marketing journey at L&H Industrial, where she spent a decade leading integrated campaigns, trade show design, and global branding initiatives. There, she sharpened her skills in storytelling, design, and strategic planning—setting the stage for her next evolution.

In 2021, she founded The House Magazine, a digital lifestyle publication that now reaches readers across the globe. As Editor-in-Chief, she’s directed more than a dozen print issues and hundreds of online features, collaborating with photographers, designers, and cultural tastemakers to tell stories that elevate modern life. Her work in publishing reflects a signature blend of artistry and clarity—a philosophy she brings to every project at The House Studios.

At The House Studios, Kacey offers a boutique approach to interior design, styling, and brand development—taking on select projects that align with her aesthetic and values. Whether crafting a home or reimagining a visual identity, her goal remains the same: to help people live—and present—their most beautiful lives.
