So these pretty little things called tropical leaves have taken over party themes, weddings and home decor this summer. Being from Wyoming, I am rarely inspired by anything tropical unless I am headed out for a vacay. However, the shades of green and the interesting shapes these leaves create has me a little excited about how I can start sprinkling them around the house or adding them to the next party I plan. It’s absolutely jammed packed with the prettiest ideas and inspiration.
2. There are so many beautiful invites out there sending tropical vibes. I was drawn to this example from Smiling Tag for its bright, clean feel.
3. I am always a sucker fresh florals or greenery of any kind. So, when I came across this beautiful wall covered with tropical leaves I had to share it. I love the herringbone pattern created using the different shapes if leaves! 6. This trend is all about the pattern. It is easy to create interesting patterns with the different shapes of the leaves. This DIY leaf backdrop by Almost Makes Perfect is simple, and is a perfect backdrop for a tropical inspired party.

8. I am always up for simple ideas that make a statement. To be able to simply add a leaf to a place setting to give it a fresh, modern look is amazing.
