For Indivi Sutton, everything is creative, but is done so with a deep connection to the memories in her life and the natural world. From a very young age, she was taught not to just look at color, but how to feel it and connect with it, leaving her with the ability to create visual journeys for her audience. This appreciation for color is easily seen throughout her work and is something that made me pause and absorb. It is simplicity at its finest.
